Part of the international research on Covid-19 takes place in Lübeck – in the recently finished Biomedical Research building (BMF). Instead of working in closed-off studies the researchers can be seen behind a giant display window.
The new building for the Sciences at Universität zu Lübeck is a component for the development of the university campus towards a hub of modern life science.
The transparent entrance area to the office landscape clearly indicates the main entrance to the institute to visitors, guests and staff. The orientation of the new building creates a direct spatial connection to the existing IAPT building.
The new CeTEB building in Kiel will provide a modern shared workspace for researchers from several institutes of Kiel’s Christian-Albrechts-Universität, external institutions and implementers from the industries.
