Our colleague Dominika Ranosz will give a lecture entitled “BIM Koordination braucht (k)ein Mensch” (“(No) One Needs BIM Coordination?”) on 18 November as part of the BIM Excellence Digital Conference. She will demonstrate a collision check used in practice, explaining rules such as overlapping, space in front of building components, detailed check of a standard floor, openings & no-go zones.
In her short presentation, she will also discuss the importance of the coordinator’s role as a human being and how the Solibri tool provides valuable support for our not entirely perfect human perception – it ensures a change of perspective and stimulates new thought processes.
