Even in times of corona, building up (BIM) skills remains a very important priority for our team. Our safety concept (daily rapid tests, permanent ventilation and the obligation to permanently wear masks) makes it possible to conduct training under normal conditions.
Only those colleagues who are taking part in a training course for the first time and therefore need direct assistance are physically present. Those who are familiar with the basic operating principles join the training online.
Despite our affinity with digitalisation, this is not normal for us either. Regardless of the leaps in innovation in the field of video conferencing technology, we still value the unpixelated exchange with employees, planners and clients.
