Isotope laboratory in Lübeck by hammeskrause architekten
Like so many institutions conducting research in the fields of medicine, natural sciences and technology, the University of Lübeck is also planning a so-called Life Science Campus. The first steps have been taken, new buildings such as the CBBM brain research centre have already been completed. Last year, another new building was added to the ensemble: the three-storey isotope laboratory for research using radioactive substances. The design originates from the Stuttgart-based architecture firm hammeskrause Architekten. The architects are also responsible for the master plan for the overall development of the life science campus. (…)
