On 7 November, the Biomedical Research Building (BMF) at the Universität zu Lübeck has been awarded the BDA Prize 2023 by the BDA State Association of Schleswig-Holstein as an outstanding architectural work. The prizes will be honoured with certificates and plaques. In addition, the selected works will be exhibited at various locations and published in the “Architecture in Schleswig-Holstein 2023” documentation.
We are delighted with this prestigious award and the appreciation that the social contribution of this research building makes a qualitative difference for society.
The BDA Prize is awarded every four years with the aim of securing and promoting the quality of planning and construction with a sense of responsibility towards society and our environment and, in this spirit, honouring exemplary buildings in the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
