As architects, we not only value innovative new buildings, but also the transformation of existing structures. Our joint ski trip took us to Davos, where the Weissfluh sports club, once a research station, now serves as functional group accommodation. A successful example of the adaptation and further development of existing buildings.
We got together as colleagues, hired a bus from Stadtmobil and organized this excursion ourselves – an initiative that also strengthened our team spirit outside of the office. We challenged ourselves on the slopes, enjoyed the alpine scenery and grew closer as a group. In the evening, we exchanged ideas about architecture, sustainability and upcoming challenges – in a relaxed atmosphere that gave rise to new ideas. We returned to our day-to-day work with fresh impetus and great memories.
