At present, we are divided into several teams, which alternate working either in the office or from home. In the office we have a lot of air and space anyway, so “distancing” works very well due to widely separated workstations and two teams in the home office. Remote technology enables us to continue all projects also from home without any restrictions. Colleagues who look after children work in the home office until kindergartens and schools are opened again for everyone.
We stay in close contact with colleagues, specialist planners and clients via video conference, telephone and e-mail. In case we have to get closer together, we have given out protective masks by fashion designer Trixi Schober in chic architect’s black to all employees.
